Mrs. Usha Yagati serves as the Managing Director of Spoorthy Innovations and Research Foundation and is currently the Principal & Correspondent of Kidzee Preschool, Hydernagar branch — one of Hyderabad's trusted early childhood education centres operating under the Zee Learn Ltd (ZLL) franchise model. She leads the Foundation's educational and social initiatives, bringing strong experience in academic administration, early childhood education, and community-centred schooling environments.
With a deep commitment to child development and value-based education, she oversees the operational and academic direction of the Foundation. Her leadership ensures that all activities align with the non-profit objectives mandated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Mr. Vasavya Yagati is a technologist, system architect, and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in embedded systems, software architecture, and technology-driven solutions. He serves as the Managing Director of Spoorthy Innovations Private Limited, where he has led initiatives in embedded hardware, firmware development, application systems, IoT platforms, renewable energy solutions, and digital infrastructure.
With strong expertise in C, C++, PHP, MySQL, Linux, RTOS, networking, and scalable system architecture, Mr. Yagati brings strategic and technological depth to the Foundation. His professional approach combines innovation, structured design, and long-term sustainability.
